This podcast aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Agile mindset, its applications, and associated frameworks, helping its listeners better comprehend and apply these concepts in their daily lives. Additionally, I strive to make the podcast entertaining and engaging, providing valuable insights and advice from industry experts and practitioners who have successfully leveraged the Agile mindset. Ultimately, I hope this podcast will be a valuable source of knowledge and guidance for anyone looking to understand and use the Agile mindset.
